new version for CCcam fixing better comunication  using  VPS .

- the problem of system crashing when renewing the cfg file.
- after cfg updating, the default  password of supper setting  doesn’t  work, for it become the password of entering the cfg updating.
- update CCcam support 512 card by server (before as 256).
- When the  backup all do the functional back-ups, it can’t  backup the information in super setting like the password of super setting, and the account number of ccam newcam .
- Youporn works fine.
